__Students for Reproductive Rights__

Our mission is to inform, advocate, and protect women's rights to safe and healthy reproductive services and to maintain a Pro-Choice future. Being an advocate for reproductive justice includes preventative measures such as support for responsible sex education, access to birth control and emergency contraception, medicaid and welfare reform, title x funding reform, transnational women's rights, access to reproductive health care services, and access to information about and the service of abortion.

Every advocate feels differently about which issues to include and disclude according to her/his own personal beliefs. But it can be generally stated that every pro-choice activist believes it is each individual woman's right to decide what she will do with her own body and her own life.

Pro-choice is NOT ANTI-RELIGION or PRO-ABORTION Pro-Choice means CHOICE.

I have added an archives page where you can view meeting notes and previous week's news. Also new to the site is a websource page where you have easy access to petitions, bills, and outside organization websites. Below you will find the pictures from yesterday's Burma Shave. We were out speaking to people on Massachussetts Street about our opposition to new polcies in Kansas legslation and the Kansas School board that would only accredit Abstinence-Only education programmes. Thanks so much to those who turned out!
